Celia Player

Celia Player born in Englands West Country in 1951 and studied Art and Design – Embroidered Textiles at Loughborough College of Art, U.K; migrated to Sydney, in 1990.

She has taught and exhibited her distinctive Embroidered Textile Art across Australia and NZ. In 2004 she moved to Tasmania where she is now enjoying living with her passions! - her Grandchildren, plus plenty of Colour and Pattern and Drawing be it with a pencil, pen or drawing with her sewing machine.
